What to expect
Participants will be asked to respond to phrases that test self-understanding, and the manner in which they relate to others. The end goal is to provide them with actionable steps to improve their relationships in the workplace, and to help leadership formulate a plan on how best to communicate with their respective teams based on their DiSC culture. Both online and in-person training is available.
