Allison brings deep expertise in training development and delivery to every client engagement. She works closely with organizational leaders to design and develop training and coaching solutions that meet the client’s needs and culture. Her experience with DiSC behavioral assessment tools in a variety of applications establishes a common language, focuses on strengths and development areas, and provides practical tools and strategies. Allison has delivered DiSC training to hundreds of participants over the course of her career, and worked with dozens of organizations to help create work cultures of purpose, passion, creativity, and results.
Mark is a results-driven management executive with large-scale start-up experience in the US and abroad. His expertise in strategic planning, manufacturing, sales, human resources, logistics, lean manufacturing, and procurement is evident in every client engagement. Never satisfied with the status quo, Mark is an effective leader who is adept at creating a culture of excellence by building motivated, energetic, and successful teams, and maintaining a strong sense of urgency in solving problems and implementing actions to improve businesses.
Previously at the helm of plants on both coasts and in Thailand for Guardian Industries, Mark has been an independent general management consultant since 2012 working with clients in all facets of their business, from strategy formulation, strategy alignment and deployment, and quality and service program development to safety initiatives, operational improvement, and coaching.
