Mark Mette, Senior Business Advisor

Mark is a results driven management executive with large scale start-up experience in the US and abroad. He has strong general management qualifications in strategic planning, manufacturing, sales, product development, human resources, logistics, lean manufacturing, and procurement. Mark is an effective leader with the ability to build motivated, energetic, and successful teams. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Masters of Science in Engineering Management, both granted from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Mark is also a visiting lecturer at the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

 

Jackie Sax, Senior HR Strategist

Jackie  is a seasoned Human Resources Leader with over 15 years of experience in shaping and executing comprehensive people strategies for organizations. She excels in talent management, ensuring the right people are brought in, developed and retained to meet organizational needs and align with strategic goals. Prior to Intent, Jackie had a notable 13-year tenure at a Fortune 500 technology company valued at over $48 billion, where she honed her skills in HR strategy and leadership development. Her contributions encompassed partnering cross-functionally to modernize and optimize human resources systems, high-volume talent acquisition, collaborating to solve business challenges and engaging with leaders to build high-performing teams. With Intent, Jackie will continue to leverage her expertise in people strategy to support organizations in achieving their goals.

 

Madison Bernal, Culture Strategist

Madison has spent over 15 years building brands within organizations, between identifying the brands aesthetic, defining what a brand stands for and creating a roadmap to successfully implement these beliefs externally and internally. Prior to engaging with Intent, she spent six years with a finance company valued at over $1 billion, building their award winning branding and culture. Her passion and enthusiasm for creating brands with purpose helped put them on the map, winning over 30 best place to work awards during her time with the organization. To ensure the culture stayed thriving, Madison developed programs around employee experience and leadership which reinforced behaviors around the company’s values. These programs are still being utilized today within the organization and have attracted some of the top talent around the world.

 

Kelli Foster, Senior Sales & Marketing Strategist

Kelli has spent over a decade directing the planning and execution of multi-channel sales strategies, and trade and consumer marketing.  She has managed relationships for national accounts in retail, food service, and DSD and has held P&L responsibility across multiple disciplines. Her core competencies include product development, financial budgeting/forecasting, shopper experience, trade spend allocation, ecommerce, program pricing, margin structure, product assortment, promotions, and sponsorship and event management. With a focus on high growth phases, Kelli has also led organizations through fundraising of debt and equity financing. Kelli studied business, specializing in corporate finance and financial analysis, earning both a Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Business Administration, with distinction, from The University at Buffalo in New York.
