Are you in crazy mode? Or ready mode?

Are you in crazy mode? Or ready mode? I recently watched this TedTalk, which talks about how ER nurses are never “crazy busy” because they are always prepared for the craziest of situations.

I loved the lesson and had to take a step back and examine my own use of language. Studies show that our words shape our reality. As leaders, what is the story you tell yourself, and how does it shape your day?

I strive to be in ready mode but sometimes get in crazy mode if I’m not present…who’s with me?
