Training APEX Awards Best Practice: ESL Federal Credit Union’s Emerging Leader Program
Over the years, I have had the privilege to dive into organizations and work with many great leaders. It’s so fulfilling being able to facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to important progress within the organization.
One success I’m extremely proud of most recently was partnering with ESL to revamp and facilitate their leadership program. We did really impactful work with the leaders and the program was recognized with the Training APEX Award Best Practice! It has been such an honor working with this organization and I’m so grateful to share in their success!
