Does Being Busy Equal Success?

Have you ever been in a situation where you’re in non-stop back to back meetings, and find yourself unsure of when you’ll do the actual work? Did you also know that according to Atlassian, 91% of employees daydream in meetings?

Our society has evolved (or maybe devolved) into this notion that busyness results in success but that couldn’t be further from the truth. As leaders in our organizations, we have the ability to create sub cultures with our teams, so I challenge you to take a step back and examine how busy your team is versus how productive they are. Making an intentional shift with your people could yield great results in productivity, efficiency AND job satisfaction.
